“One of the most uncomfortable visits I’ve made to a hair salon. Got a treatment and blow dry – and the lady was constantly trying to upsell me. Asking me what sort of products I use…telling me I should come for treatments every month. Do you like your hair? Would you like your hair to be a bit thinner? So you had your hair dyed recently? Do you like it? Would you like it to be a bit lighter? There is a difference between trying to establish a good relationship with customers and being straight up annoying. If the customer is not really talkative you should know he/she is not keen. I’ve been here before, I know the caucasian stylist (french?) is good and that’s why i came back, but this other lady needs to reevaluate her service.”

“I have been there several times, usually a good service.
This time, I came ten mins late (3:40 instead of 3:30). The hairdresser said she is cutting some other customer’s hair, which should not take too long. I asked how long, she replied 20 minutes. One of her colleague’s washed my hair and made ready. It was 4:15 I left with washed and WET hair, no haircut. It would better to let me know that it is not possible to cut my hair on time, and I could arrange for another occasion.
When I left, I said: “Not a happy customer” … I was hoping to receive at least a text message or a call for an apology!”

“The most wonderful hair experience I have ever had in Melbourne. Jaye completely took care of me. She did my colour, my cut, style, wash, everything! Her talent is unbelievable and I could not recommend her enough. After 4 hours of doing my hair she still give me the most amazing hair cut, and her attention to detail is phenomenal.
