Our vision
Founded by Chip Wilson in Vancouver, Canada in 1998, lululemon is a yoga-inspired, technical athletic apparel company for women and men. What started as a design studio by day and yoga studio by night soon became a standalone store in November of 2000 on West 4th Avenue in Vancouver’s Kitsilano neighbourhood.

Our vision for our store was to create more than a place where people could get gear to sweat in, we wanted to create a community hub where people could learn and discuss the physical aspects of healthy living, mindfulness and living a life of possibility. It was also important for us to create real relationships with our guests and understand what they were passionate about, how they liked to sweat and help them celebrate their goals. Today, we do this in our stores around the globe.

Our product
Our first designs were made for women to wear during yoga. Through plenty of feedback from our guests, ambassadors and elite athletes, we now design for yoga, running, cycling, training and most other sweaty pursuits for women and men. Not to mention, our designers are athletes and sweat-minded people, too.

A constant that has never wavered is our desire to empower people to reach their full potential through providing the right tools and resources, and encouraging a culture of leadership, goal setting and personal responsibility. Changing or Cancelling Orders
If you’re having second thoughts about your online order and wish to cancel it, please call our Guest Education Centre as soon as possible.

We cannot make changes to your order once it has been placed. As we are committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible, if it has been released for processing we cannot guarantee we can cancel the order.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and gift cards.

Please note: we do not accept credit card gift cards; we cannot split payments between credit cards. Orders are subject to review.

You will be charged when we ship your order .We will update you with a shipping confirmation email at that time. A pre-authorization is placed onto your credit card when you submit your order, but we don’t process the payment until the order has been shipped.

We’ve taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online guests is secure. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used to protect every transaction between our servers and your computer.

Gift Cards
You can purchase a gift card online or in-store. They can be redeemed in-store or online and should be treated like cash as they cannot be replaced. Gift cards and e-gift cards are final sale. E-gift cards can only be purchased online and are delivered via email. They can be redeemed in-store or online, just like a physical card.You can easily check the balance online or have an educator help you at your local store.

Shipping Fees:

Standard (1-3 business days): it’s on us!

Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our distribution centre. Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing at our distribution centre before your order is shipped.

Please note: Due to Easter public holidays, all orders placed between Thursday, 13th April and Monday, 17th April will not be processed until Tuesday, 18th April.

In most areas shipping takes 1-3 business days from the day it was fulfilled by our warehouse. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 10 business days.

We want to make sure your product gets to you safe and sound, so, we require a signature on all of our deliveries. If you are not home to receive your package, our courier will take it your local post office where it can be collected at your earliest convenience.

but we cannot guarantee expedited or overnight deliveries to PO boxes or rural postal codes and zip codes – selecting standard shipping is the way to go.

We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however transit times can take up to 45 business days.If you’ve got more questions, we’ve got answers. Our Guest Education Centre can help.

We cannot ship an order internationally from our Australian website. Orders placed on the Australian website can only be shipped within Australia.

Please be aware that orders placed via a third party freight or shipping forwarder to countries outside of Australia are done so at your own risk and safe delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Return Policies
Not quite right? If you’re looking to make a return, breathe easy. Returns are free and can be done in person or by mail. Final sale items like underwear, water bottles + We Made Too Much gear are yours for keeps.

Online Returns
To make an online return, head to the returns page to create your return and print your shipping label.

Return Status
To check your return status, head to the returns page, where you can login to your account and enter the tracking number for your order.

Receipts and Refunds

Gift Receipts
Gift receipts are available for all online orders. To create a gift receipt, head to your order details page—you can find it by tracking your order as soon as it has shipped from our distribution centre.

Gift receipts enable the recipient to make an in-store exchange or receive a refund in the form of a lululemon gift card (in-store and online). Gift receipt returns are subject to lululemon’s return policy.

Refund Timing
When we receive your package we’ll refund you within seven business days and email you when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banks may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle.

* Note: If you paid with a prepaid credit card and no longer have the card, contact the Guest Education Centre to initiate the return. Otherwise, the balance will be put back onto the prepaid card.
