We are not a Beauty Salon that also offers Eyelash Extensions as a side service, we are a fully dedicated Eyelash Extension Salon that specializes in Classic and Volume Eyelash Extensions of the highest quality as well as offering national and international eyelash extension training courses.

Having this single track focus has allowed us to really master the art of applying eyelash extensions over the past decade to be positioned as one most well known and respected Lash Salons in Australia.

At Brisbane Lashes we will never overextend our clients natural lashes as this will cause drooping, twisting of the lashes and unnatural lash shedding that may lead to permanent damage.

Salon Policy

As a courtesy to our lash stylists and other clients we require at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. This can be done by phone, text or email. Should you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour prior, your deposit will not be refunded with no exception.

*Full payment is required for No-show or missed appointments. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice are welcome to send someone else in their place. Late arrivals – please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.

Lastly, please note all deposits are non-refundable however if a cancellation is made or clients need to reschedule, we are able transfer the deposit to a new booking.
