BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

Here are Lush we can book out quickly so to help keep things organised we ask you to book ahead. The preferred method of booking is via text message.

Please text us your full name, the treatment you are wanting and what time and date would suit you best. We will respond as quickly as possible with a confirmation text.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

We understand life gets busy and that last minute things can pop up. If you can’t make it – that’s ok! In a perfect world we would love 24hrs notice but all we ask is that you send us a quick text as soon as possible if you can no longer make your booking.

ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

As we do not have a car park please give yourself plenty of time to find a space.

For example: Your tanning appointment is allocated 10 minutes so if you are only 3minutes late – that is close to a third of your appointment.

If arriving late you may miss your entire appointment. If you know you will be running late please send us a text as we may be able to accommodate you.

MALE SPRAY TANNING

We happily accept male spray tanning appointments. We ask all men to bring their own underwear or shorts to be tanned in.

Due to the age & religious beliefs of some our technicians we are unable to offer nude male spray tans. ​

WAXING HYGIENE

Please be considerate to our beauty therapists and exercise good hygiene practices. Please try to shower close to your appointment and avoid heavy physical activity directly before your appointment. ​

LUSH SIGNATURE SPRAY TAN PACKS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our tanning packs have no expiry date. The pack details are kept on file so you don’t need to worry about losing them.

The packs are non transferable which means that you are the only person that can use the pack. Tan packs are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for goods or cash.

The lovely girl who served me was very up front about why this was not a good idea, and had no issues at all with me cancelling the appointment on the spot. “This place is awesome! I’ve been having “mediocre” tans for years and have been left with streaks and white hands and feet. I’m used to having the tan applied in about 3 minutes or less… and then get handed a hairdryer to dry myself off but at Lush Tan, this is NOT what you’ll get. Instead, you’ll be treated to a proper consultation, “sticky feet” protectors (to stop the grubby tan on the soles of your feet), personalised drying, brushing and checking of your tan (by your special tanning angel)… followed up with a final check before you leave the salon. I’m so glad that I’ve found you gals!! The tan even feels nicer when it’s drying. Not as sticky as I’m used to. THANK YOU! Can’t wait to go back.”
