“First visit at the point cook store, loved it! I was lucky enough to have the owner do my SNS refills & he was beyond amazing. He gave me options & took his time to give me exactly what I wanted. My daughter also got the chance to have a mani/pedi in their children’s chair & they were fantastic with her. Will definitely be back in the future.”

“Really disappointed with my visit I HAD BOOKED for 2pm on Saturday ( not the first time its happened) and my booking was not noted down, I had booked for 2 children and myself My daughters got their nails done but not this mummy. The girls who were pampering my daughters were also trimming the cuticle on their toes yet this should not be done to children, after the first lady was asked to not do this they had a discussion I could not totally understand and then decided not to to it the second lady started to do this to my youngest daughter! I had another appointment to attend was told that contact would be made from Lux nails not a word form them. I was told I probably rang the wrong store, but I had rung the Williams landing store as the man confirmed the number on the voucher was correct to that store. IS a shame but twice of not being booked properly really does discourage you recommending a place”
