“I find the service at this salon to be outstanding. While yes, the staff speak to one another in their own language, I always find that they speak to me respectfully & nicely. I have not had a set of Acrylics I don’t like yet. Nor have I had a shellac pedicure I’m not happy with.
I’m always greeted by my name and farewelled when I leave the salon. And on occasions when I’ve gone to ‘walk in’ I’ve been asked to come back after a certain timeframe. All the ladies here do a wonderful job, and the owner is as ‘hands on’ & involved as they come.

“If you do decide to go to this place and for some reason you’re not happy don’t bother even saying anything. You’ll be told its all your own fault and then the owner will scoff and be as rude as possible to you even if you’ve been a good client for years.
Just a disgraceful display of poor customer service and greediness i won’t be supporting anymore. I’d actually give minus 5 stars if i could.”

“Having just moved to the areas thought I would try this place, never again…. First of all didn’t get the service I paid for a ‘deluxe pedicure’ got charged extra for the dead skin to be removed(never in all my years of getting pedicures have I ever been charged for this), they rushed through my service as they were more concerned about leaving work early, as I was the only client I there, and this was 4.40pm, they are supposed to be open to 5.30pm…. A 5 year old could of painted my nails better than they did, not even, blotchy and only one coat, no undercoat or top coat, just one lousy coat, they look disgusting…..Cut my skin when clipping the nail, and all I got was oh well, it’s not bleeding….. Do yourself a favour don’t go there, I really wish I had looked at the reviews before I did, oh plus wanted money before service was even finished, too late to refuse paying for service that I didn’t receive……. If I could rate this in the minus’s I would……”

“Owner is so rude & greedy… she asks everyone to wait even when they do not have space to sit or staff to assist….waited there for 45 minutes today…played musical chairs….and finally walked out without getting my nails done. Pathetic customer service…..never going back.”
