“Probably like many others, I purchased a Groupon voucher for this place, thinking it was a great deal. I booked my massage online through the website, got the confirmation email right away, and got a reminder email 2 days before my appointment. I left work early, drove 45 minutes to this place, to find the door locked and the lights out. I tried calling the two phone numbers listed on the voucher – one went straight to voicemail, and the other had restricted access and I got a message that it couldn’t receive any phone calls. Hoping for the best, I popped into the cafe next door, only to find out that the woman running the cafe hasn’t seen anyone at Magnolia Beauty for over 3 weeks, and many people with vouchers for massages have come into the cafe asking why the massage place is locked up. Absolutely ridiculous.”
