I told her I had no idea what she was talking about as I have NEVER changed my appointment time with them at which time she cut me off and said “do you want to reschedule or not?”. I tried to explain that I had taken the day off work especially for my appointment and couldn’t rearrange and again she just cut me off and told me bad luck I had no choice! I have NEVER recieved worst service in my life and they completely let me down at the last minute with NO apology whatsoever!”
