For me, it’s all the little things that go a long way. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile and offered a coffee (which was superb tasting). Maybe it’s a common practice for salons to keep a record of everything that has been done to your hair but I’ve never experienced this before and was quietly impressed I didn’t have to explain what I wanted. Though I can’t adequately describe it, you can always tell when someone cares about your hair. These girls go above and beyond.”
