I walked out of there with BLACK hair, which was VIBRANT RED at the roots. Every hairdresser I have been to to ask if they can fix it said that my hair looked PURPLE when the light shone on it. I wouldn’t go back here if it was the last hairdresser on the planet – I would rather go bald. If I could give less than half a star I would – HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST!!!”
