“Very frustrated. I called to see availability in next half hour. She told me to come in 10min that they weren’t busy. I got there in 10min and they told me to wait for 15min and said I could walk around the centre. I did that, and upon my return wasn’t acknowledged, seeing three new ladies seated in chairs waiting for a pedicure. I sat on the bench waiting then gave up. They need a cooking system and honest with their word. Especially when customers go to that length to get a service”
