Meet Our Team

Aylene Fine

Physiotherapist and Practice OwnerAylene qualified in 1997 from the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. She later completed a post graduate course in Orthopedic Manipulative Therapy. Over the years, she has completed numerous physiotherapy courses to further her education and clinical skills. She has worked in private practice in South Africa, the UK and Australia. Aylene has a special interest in treating neck and back pain, and enjoys treating sports injuries.

Nicky McLellan

Physiotherapist and Practice OwnerNicky qualified in South Africa in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. She later completed a course in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy. She has worked in private practice in South Africa, England and Australia, and has undertaken many courses to further her knowledge and improve her clinical skills. She has a special interest in treating necks and backs, and having completed over 30 marathons, she is very passionate about running injuries!

Eve Weston

PhysiotherapistEve completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences in 2012 followed by her Master of Physiotherapy in 2014 at the University of Sydney. Prior to moving in to private practice, Eve worked in hospitals across a broad range of areas where she particularly enjoyed treating musculoskeletal and orthopaedic injuries. Being a recreational soccer player, Eve also has a keen interest in treating sports injuries.

Ted Dao

PhysiotherapistTed completed his Bachelors of Kinesiology (Exercise Science) at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. He has learnt the fundamentals of human movement, including anatomical, physiological, biomechanical, psychological, and sociological perspectives. Ted decided to move to Sydney to complete a Masters of Physiotherapy at The University of Sydney. During Ted’s time at the University of Sydney he has gained experience in providing therapy for a wide variety of clients of all ages. Ted has a keen interest in sporting injuries and orthopedic rehabilitation. His focus is on helping individuals reach their goals and reduce the chances of re-injury by providing evidenced based treatment programs; including exercise, manual therapy, and education. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, cooking, and volleyball.

Monique Brigatti

Practice ManagerMonique grew up in a small town in WA called Leeman where her passion for sports began. This included 13 years of netball coaching, some tennis, badminton, cricket and football. Her greatest sports achievement was in Fencing (Foil). She was placed 14th in the state after 4 years until injury retired her to non-contact sports. Monique is a keen gardener, loves her animals, reading and cares for people. She holds a current First Aid Certificate. Monique has been in the Hospitality industry for 24 years including office management and reception.

Cecilia Karonis

ReceptionistCecilia came to Australia from Europe and now calls Sydney home. After working for 15 years in the software business she changed professions and worked 3 years as a medical receptionist in a large hospital in Paris. She has lived in five countries and is fluent in six languages (English, French, Greek, Japanese, Hungarian and Romanian). She is interested in different cultures and loves books, art, animals and nature.

Lisa McAllister

ReceptionistLisa joined our practice as a receptionist in 2016. She currently holds a current First Aid Certificate and a Certificate III in Childcare. She has previously worked in the childcare industry locally since leaving high school. She has many years experience in dancing and has appeared at Sydney Opera House, Sydney Entertainment Centre and Carol’s in the Domain.
