When Marsh Tincknell first opened its doors in 1989, the ambition was to provide a service to clients that was readily distinguishable from any traditional accountancy practice.  The conventional platforms of honesty and integrity were of course paramount, but beyond that we wanted to acknowledge that business was ultimately about people.  People with individual priorities, goals and ambitions.  The cornerstone of our success has come from identifying and understanding – as quickly as possible – the individual needs and preferences of our clients. At Marsh Tincknell we call them the “critical non-essentials” – the factors that fall well outside the spectrum of standard service advice. If we don’t know our clients, how can we help them fulfil their ambitions and achieve their goals? Seeing our clients succeed and grow is a passion which runs deep throughout the entire Marsh Tincknell firm – from the Directors right through to the undergrad accountants and admin team, in all four offices.
