“The remedial massage itself was OK I guess, but my main issue was with the cleanliness of the office. There’s an interesting almost musty smell about the place and walls had smudges. The place looks outdated, chairs were dusty, floor not swept. Towels had fluff coming off them and looked very old and worn. Definitely not a relaxing atmosphere and little information provided on what would happen e.g. there will be 2 therapists working on me, so you can imagine my surprise when the other therapist barged into the room. Little explanation given about the tools to be used. Probably will not be returning and will be searching for a cleaner place.”
