Remedial Massage

Remedial massage endeavours to correct any specific soft tissue injury or aberration. Dry Needling

Involves the use of a single filament needle inserted into the muscle directly at the myofascial trigger point. This is done to elicit a twitch response which will deactivate the trigger point.
