Trudy Pfeiffer has been qualified as a Massage Therapist since 2001 after finishing her Certificate IV in Health (Massage) from The Australian College of Massage and Natural Therapies, now part of The Australian College of Massage.

Courses have changed since 2000.  Many of the modules studied by Trudy are now part of remedial massage studies affording her the ability to incorporate a range of muscle manipulation techniques that provide a high degree of relief.

Massage techniques offered by Trudy include:

Trudy will listen to your problem and tailor a massage to work in the muscle areas that require relief and delivering pressure that is within your pain tolerance.  Any muscle that is tight will have pain, but the level of pressure during the massage is what Trudy refers to as “good pain”, the kind you know is helping.

It is her aim for every client to come away from a massage session feeling better than when they came with a sense of relief and restoration.  The degree of tension release that you experience will depend on the chronic nature of your underlying issue, but the objective always is for you to achieve relief resulting from your massage treatment.

In addition to her massage studies, years ago she completed an Agricultural Science Degree, in which many relevant areas of study have helped her overall understanding of the human body, muscles, hygiene and nutrition.
