Reviews
“Possibly the worst massage I’ve ever had. The ‘masseur’ clearly didn’t know anything about massage, despite asking for a remedial massage and the shop using my health fund rebate. Obviously whoever is qualified wasn’t who I got. Really disappointing.”
“Broadway Shopping Centre website mentioned this business took private health funds. Went in with my fiancĂ©. We both had massages at the same time. Massage finished and was told that they couldn’t take my Bupa membership. Same thing happened to my fiancĂ©. The lady running the store pointed to an A4 piece of paper which apparently (and not very clearly) stated that I should have asked about whether I could use my private health cover for this visit before the massage. I often try to defend what people call the “little dodgy Chinese massage places in shopping centres”. But this is exactly the kind of situation that puts “dodgy” in that sentence.
“Next time, you can tell us” she said. There won’t be a next time”
“Went there today, lady remained deep in conversation with her male colleague the entire time, while giving me a half assed massage. I had to lift my head up after almost 10 minutes of waiting for her to realise how unprofessional she was being and give them a look as if to say “are you seriously this unprofessional”. This appeared to work for about 2 mins, but then straight back to the conversation they went like i wasn’t even there. Again I’m thinking to myself “is this really happening” surely she is going to stop in second and start massaging me. NO she just kept at it, so i got off the table and said to them “I’m sorry, am i interrupting your conversation” got dressed and left. Ive been getting weekly massages for about 15 years and Ive never experienced this level of unprofessionalism in my entire life.”
