About Us

Massage2Motivate was founded by Sophie Conidi. Sophie worked in the Corporate Sector as an Accountant for several years. In 2003 she decided to change career paths and become a qualified Massage Therapist. In 2006 she started Massage2Motivate. Its initial focus was Corporate Massage across Australia. Massage2Motivate has quickly grown to be the leading provider of Corporate Massage, Event Massage, Home Massage and Aged Care Massage throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Sophie’s mission from the very beginning was to Make Massage Accessible to Everyone and now Massage2Motivate offer massage in the workplace, at events, in the home and we also have contracts in place with several Aged Care Providers.

During the past few years there has been a few interesting requests from clients that were somewhat challenging but Massage2Motivate has risen to the occasion. These include a Global Mining Company that requested 2 Massage therapists at a remote mine site providing workplace massages for 1 week. 4WD vehicles were required to reach the location. This was organised within 3 weeks and was a resounding success.

On another occasion a client asked for 4000+ staff across the whole of Australia receive corporate massages on the same day and we were given only 7 days’ notice. Most organisations/competitors would struggle but Massage2Motivate rose to the occasion and delivered on time with high praise from the client.
