“I went in here yesterday because I saw a big sign in the window advertising lash extensions at a good price. I was seen straight away and the lady was very polite and had a very gentle touch. I have had these done before elsewhere and had a very bad experience but I am happy to say at Matrix they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them”

“DON’T GO……Seriously ripped off and a bloody disgusting job done with SNS…. Have had SNS for such a long time and was time poor and jumped into this place on Saturday afternoon for a full set only to walk out looking like a 3 year old has done them. My normal salon in Redcliffe costs $35 full set of SNS and shits all over this ripped off $50set I received on Saturday… Utterly disgusted especially when I know I am going to have to have them redone by next Saturday…”

“Only requested for shellac on my finger nails which was rushed, he did not even wait for the blue light timer to finish each time and it was not busy in store. Then no staff knew the eftpos machine pin code therefore had to withdraw $50 from Coles for a 20 min service which cost $30! Would not recommend to anyone.”
