“Situation:
1. Upstairs shower/bathroom was leaking and water was coming through downstairs.
2. Showerhead was in need of replacement.

What happaned:
1. Made a booking and one of their employees turned up on time and they even sent an sms confirming the appointment which I thought was great.
2. British fellow had a look and sussed out the situation.
3. Problem was that the original sealing job was not very good and also the busted showerhead was sending water to places where it usually wouldn’t go.

Job Description
1. Old showerhead removed and replaced
2. Old crappy seal removed and replaced.
3. About an 1 hour and 20 minutes of work.
4. $275 for all work and parts

Summary
1. I like everything about the job that was done and the manner in which it was done.
2. Price I thought was a tad high and the only reason I’m not giving a 5 star, but I’d use them again and recommend them as most plumbers are quite expensive and they did the job right.”
