“Went in for a simple fringe trim, and was made to wait over 20 minutes after my allocated appointment. The stylist then asked for what I had wished to get done, yet felt necessary to do almost the complete opposite of what I had asked, whilst making very negative and uncalled opinions about my previous hair cut and hairdresser. Once she had finished the cut, and could obviously tell I wasn’t happy, then proceeded to try and convince me what she had done was ‘better’ for me and my face. I came home to realise that not only had she done quite an uneven cut, with bits of my long hair still In my fringe line, I also had a bag full of hair, even though I asked before we started if it was something I needed to move out of the way for her. I usually leave quite happy, however, was really not impressed with the attitude and performance all round. I will unfortunately not be returning to the salon again, as this experience was something I really did not find either professional nor accommodating.”

“The worst experience I have ever had at a hair salon. I asked for the roots to be matched to my ends… The stylist went on her break while the colour was processing, and the dye was left on too long and ultimately my roots were black. She explained “you picked it” half a dozen times, despite my clear direction that I needed my colour matched. Stupidly I relied on her as the expert colourist. It was fixed marginally (one shade lighter) with a deep cleanse…again, which reacted badly to my scalp and left me with sores and my scalp peeled off in places. I followed up with an email to ask what was in the cleanse so I could pass the details on to my dr. My two emails went without a reply. Oh and it cost me $189, but more than double to fix and treat – thanks guys! The girl on the desk was so lovely… That’s the only positive thing I can say. My advice is to avoid!”
