“I do hate to say this as the service was great when I walked in- but the haircut, wash and blow dry were all well below average. I had to have my hair touched up 3 days later because of the inconsistencies in length and terrible choppiness- and I have NEVER had to do that before. The blow dry and straighten were also terrible, the girl who looked after the straightening went over it so many times I thought my hair was going to burn off. I would not recommend a Sunday booking, I believe the lack of staff and busy nature of the store caused the poor service and rushed job. I would have preferred they rescheduled my appointment and taken the time to do their job correctly. I did mention my concerns as I was leaving, but no effort was made to fix or offer another visit. Really disappointed.”

“Hair cut at Toombul yesterday; back for a refund today. Told initially I could not get a refund; they aren’t allowed to refund on cuts only on colours. The manager sat me down tried to comb it to look good, offered to cut more off the side that was already too short; I said no. I asked him to check the sectioning in the front and then he offered a refund?!?! Poor professionalism.”
