“Normally have a good experience with this salon but don’t think I’ll ever go back after today. Went in for a standard wash, cut and blowdry/straighten and the hairdresser did a terrible job with the blow dry. It was left frizzy, badly styled and parts still left curly! I thought I had made a mistake with my booking and that a blowdry straighten was different to a normal straighten, expecting the price to be less for the lesser job. But went to pay and they still charged me what I normally pay for a proper straightening iron straighten. It could have been a bad hairdresser but none of the other workers said anything and made it seem normal…Felt ripped off for the poor job. I don’t recommend this salon.”

“Very disappointed! I have never had any issues until now. I was going from long to short which i haven’t done for a while so I was excited for the change. I now have a VERY UNEVEN ( by at least 1cm either side) Shoulder lenght bob. When I questioned it i was told it was the ay my hair fell. Hmmmm! So $85.00 dollars later and i am booked in elsewhere to get it fixed. I don’t mind if people need training and practice but guidence in needed in this situation.”
