What is Nervous System Releasing?
The nervous system would have to be one of the most important systems in our daily function. It is responsible for our animation and for all the activity that occurs on a cellular and organ system level.
When we are stressed what is occurring is that the tissues of the nervous system are pulling in tight. It is the overload of information or trauma that does this.
This increases the pressure on the fluid within our nervous system. The result is that we feel stressed.
The objective of all of these techniques is to lengthen this connective tissue and take the pressure of the internal nervous fluid. This allows the flow of fluid to return to normal and the electrical activity that makes everything function works as it should.
The techniques that we use are very relaxing and you will often drift into a deep sleep!
