a little about where im coming from…

After suffering long standing illness and chronic pain. I naturally moved towards remedial therapies in my search for relief.

I graduated in the year 2000 as a Remedial Massage Therapist and commenced working in the industry.

I found great personal relief in myofacial release and went on to post graduate studies in Adelaide.

After practicing Remedial Massage and Myofascial Release Techniques for many years I had wonderful success with acute & chronic pain clients however  I felt there was an element missing in my approach.

Now qualified in Naturopathy I have the tools to take my clients the whole way to achieving optimum heath and wellbeing.

Regardless of which modality you choose first at Melroes Place the goal is the same.

The focus is not only treating the symptoms you are experiencing but working towards treating the underlying cause of the conditions.
