Services

Back Pain: can be caused by various muscle, joint, soft tissue and nerve related conditions. This can lead to leg pain and sensation changes (pins and needles, numbness). It can impede walking patterns and general function. Untreated, it can lead to the development of chronic symptoms and affect quality of life.

Neck Pain and Headaches: can be due to poor posture, prolonged computer work, studying and awkward neck positions. It can also lead to arm and shoulder pain. It can refer and cause headache symptoms and migraines. Research has shown that upper cervical spine conditions can cause headaches and can lead to a cycle of recurring symptoms.
Sports Injuries/ Strains and Sprains: include variable injuries ranging from mild sprains and strains to major tears and ruptures that require urgent attention. Repetitive and overuse injuries can impede sports performance and return to sport following injury. This can also lead to chronic weakness and instability.

Arthritic Pain: Research has shown that at some time, we will all suffer from general wear and tear or degeneration. Significant arthritic pain can impede quality of life and function. It can affect hobbies and interests as well as the ability to perform daily activities.

Posture Problems: Poor posture can lead to muscle strains and repetitive unnatural loading of structures. This can lead to chronic issues such as neck, back pain and referred arm or leg pain as a result. Postural issues can also be caused by poor muscle strength and flexibility or just “bad habits”.

Rehabilitation: Following injury or as a result of a neurological condition (such as MS, Parkinsons or Stroke), an individual will need a structured program to determine the best way to manage their condition. Immobilisation/post surgery ( such as hip/knee replacements, arthroscopies, shoulder rotator cuff repairs, fractures), will require a specialised program to enable a return of strength and movement to the affected area.

Reviews

“A great practice, with genuinely lovely staff. I have hugely benefited from my sessions with both physios and massage therapists, always walking away with improvements in pain, greater mobility and strength. I have also really appreciated the time that staff have taken to listen to me and get to the source of any problems. Cheers guys.”

“Fantastic!!!!! All practitioners have been efficient, caring, and proficient.
The practitioners are genuinely interested and responsive to the problem/issue. I also receive practical advice and always leave feeling confident and well cared for. Absolutely love this place and I would highly recommend the practitioners and clinic to absolutely anyone.”

“Went in with what I thought was tight hamstrings and left being able to adjust my body for peak exercise performance; strengthening certain underused muscles really accelerated my training growth rate. Amazing stuff, wouldn’t have been able to develop as fast as I am now if I hadn’t come here half way through.”

“Best physio I have been too!!! Excellent staff, comprehensive knowledge and personal service. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Finally, a professional practice where you get real help! Thank You, Melissa!”
