Mens Body Works is Melbourne’s FIRST and ONLY hair, beauty and spa retreat exclusively for men.

Combining the ambience of a gentlemen’s club, with that of a health retreat, this state of the art facility features everything the discerning man of today needs to look and feel his best.

In doing so we offer a broad range of services designed to ater to men,their phsiology and lifestyle. Whether it be a quick trim or luxurious hydrobath, our mission is to see that your needs are fulfilled.

The Mens Body Works team is very focused on consistency and procedure, so we would like to familiarise you with some important information in order for us to maintain our professional standards and high deportment of service.

As a client we would appreciate you acknowledge the following information in order for us to achieve this.

Appointments:

Appointments can be made on the day if availability permits or in advance. A 50% deposit is required for Saturday appointments that exceed 2 hours. This is to be made payable at the time of your booking and will be refunded to you or included in your treatment cost on the day. Payment can be made in person or over the phone providing you have a valid credit card. If you fail to meet your appointment without the required cancellation notice time, you will forfeit your 50% pre-payment.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require 24-hours notice for individual treatments and 72-hours for groups bookings (that is two or more people).

Arrival:

Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment to allow for a leisurely preparation or a personal consultation with your therapist. If you are running late please make a courtesy call informing us, for this time has been booked exclusively for you. In the event that you are late, your treatment time may be reduced. Remember, please don’t speed. It’s better to be late than sorry.

House Rules:

1. Mobile phones and all devices must be switched off or on silent mode.
2. Strict gentlemanly conduct must be maintained at all times.
3. Noise must be kept to a minimum in keeping with the serenity of the spa.
4. Underwear must be worn during all massage, facial and water treatments.

Gift Vouchers:

All of our services are available as gift voucher purchases. Recipients are able to then book a time at their leisure. Vouchers are valid for six months, but can be extended if necessary. We must be informed at the time of booking that you are redeeming a gift voucher and it must then be presented on arrival. If you do not show for your appointment you wil forfiet the voucher.
