“Avoid like the plague, never again. I told her not to touch my cuticlies.. she starts prodding at my cuticles. I told her i wanted black polish, she starts painting them brown, kicks me out before my nails were dry so soon as i left i noticed theyd stuffed up, so i walk back in and she tries to tell me she doesnt know how it happened because they were dry, and wants to charge me $5 to repaint my nail….”

“Went for a pedicure. It looks Professional from the outside with the spa chairs, but it’s a different story when you go in. You sit on the chairs and they bring out dirty looking instruments. They do a quick job and dont clean under the foot well. They don’t offer to switch on the chairs for you. They paint your nails and make you sit under a blue light to set them whilst they go to the back of the shop and eat. They leave you sitting there for ages until I had to ask if it was set yet. An hour after leaving the shop I noticed that the polish was cracked. Really poor service. I would never go back.”

“This place it horrible. Going into was a MISTAKE. I went in for a manicure, pedicure and upper lip wax. When I was having my lip waxed, the beautician wanted to wax my eyebrows as well. I said no, but they insisted that they looked awful, and so I consented to having the edges tidied up. They are barely visible – not to mention uneven – now, and I refuse to leave the house. “I went and got a pedicure and shellac manicure. They were absolutely terrible!!!! My nails look like my 5 year old cousin painted them and I paid $80. They would not fix or give me a refund for my nails. They insisted they were fine even though I have bleeding nails, bubbles throughout, the colour not covering all of my nail and parts of the colour/ nail flaking already after 30 minutes. They are absolutely terrible and rude. Never go here!!”
