• I asked for my hair cut around shoulder length, definitely not too short, and I specified this. My hair is at my neck now, very very short. So upset, why do hairdressers always cut more then you ask for! The hairdresser was more focused on having a chat then the job I was paying for. Very unhappy, will never go back.
• The salon was very dirty and the tower they used on me was smelly. The staff who cut my hair not even qualified to cut, but charged with full price. Never visit again . The worst the salon in the area.
• They dyed my hair the completely wrong colour to what i asked for and before i knew it-it was too late, the cut was all uneven and when i said i wasn’t happy they got angry at me and said they thought it was a good job! they were very rude to me about it. It has cost me $360 to get it fixed and its still not right!
• If you’re looking for a salon that will be attentive towards your hair then this is the place to go to. And customer service is always friendly.
