Lying is what Muji use to trick you into buying.

Here comes the longer version of my story.

I placed order for a shelving unit last November and got told that I need to wait for 3 months.
In March this year. I am told that my furniture is ready for shipping so I have to pay for it. Now 31days after my payment, it is still not delivered. Every time I call, the answer is it will arrive today/tomorrow.

Today is the again promised delivery time, and it is still not delivered. Another day wasted waiting for delivery at home.

Really, Good job at wasting my time!”

“This place is amazing! I can honestly say that the various goods that are available for purchase here are essentials in day to day life. In addition, I love the decor and overall minimalist decor that this locale maintains throughout the year. Furthermore, the service I have received here is impeccable and all staff have been very welcoming. I also love their products especially their stationery, I use it for my educational needs and they are a must-have when completing difficult units (astrophysics, I am looking at you!)

This place is an amazing Japanese minimalist store that contains many daily essentials completed with great and friendly staff and located in the heart of the CBD and an abundance of popular food and department stores close by. Truly a marvel of Sydney!”

I was visiting and finished buying a great amount of kitchenware and stationary. Definitely coming back”

“One of my favourite store when going to the city. Simple design is the best. However, comparing to Muji in other countries, prices here is much higher. Also, they do not have the food section in Muji Australian stores. Would be good if they can bring in the food section soon. I always like Muji’s tea range and candy snacks. This should not be too hard to do. ”
