Services

Sports / Deep Tissue Massage

Sports massage can assist in reducing the risk of injury and increase overall motion and flexibility. This can be used pre or post event to aid recovery, to maintain during off-season, or to aid rehabilitation due to an injury. A number of techniques can be used to produce the required results.​

Remedial Massage

Remedial massage focuses on the release of chronic pain in the body and restoring range of motion. It is geared towards clients who need a specific result from the session.

After an assessment is carried out on the main areas, the therapist will use a variety of modalities in order to produce the desired effect. Passive stretching is also used to help restore range of motion.

Vacuum cupping, Myofascial Tensioning, Trigger Point Therapy and Transverse Frictions may be used during the session to aid results.
