At Muscle Health Massage we provide a wide range of massage therapies such as Remedial massage, myotherapy, deep tissue, myofascial release, relaxation and sports injury and prevention. We aim to relieve your pain and discomfort with professional treatment of muscular problems. We can help treat pain symptoms including: muscle strain, shoulder and upper thoracic stiffness, sciatica, lower back pain, tension headaches, and relaxation techniques to combat stress and much more.

We are accredited professionals who use many techniques, including joint mobilisation, muscle energy techniques (MET’s), proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) exercise prescription and many more. We are constantly searching for new ideas and techniques to offer to our clients.

We differentiate ourselves by providing orthopaedic assessment, diagnosis and specialised treatments to patients looking to rehabilitate after sports injuries and post-surgery, or who are suffering from chronic and acute musculoskeletal pain conditions. This approach determines a baseline for your tailored individual Remedial Massage/Myotherapy treatment based on your needs, goals and specific conditions.

We take time to discuss your health concerns and ask you to fill in a comprehensive health questionnaire. We will then discuss your health goals and explain how we can help. You should feel free to ask questions and discuss the recommended treatment plan.

We are open weekends by appointment and regularly take evening bookings after 6.00pm weekdays. We understand that people are busy Monday – Friday between 9 and 6pm so we welcome after-hours appointments. We pride ourselves on our professional attitude towards our clients.
