“Truly awful place! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Tried to use a gift voucher I got from work. The premises were dungeon-like and grotty. There DEFINITELY wasn’t any aromatherapy or candles happening in there. And because I was using a voucher I got to have the receptionist give me a massage (rather than a real masseuse) and it was C**P. NOT a professional massage (1 hour of MY weekend time AND $70 down the drain). Go ANYWHERE ELSE and you play the same for an excellent experience. THIS WAS SOOOOOOOO SOOOOOO BAD.”

“Before calling My Day Spa I looked on their website to find out what they offered and work out how I wanted to utilise the gift voucher I had been given. I decided to make an appointment for a 90 minute spa and massage package and a manicure and pedicure. Great. Made the phone call, booked in the massage but sadly the manicurist is away. Oh okay, no problem. I asked for the organic facial instead and advised them had a gift voucher. Big Mistake. Suddenly, the Spa and Massage package was a different price (website was wrong, she has been meaning to speak to the man who maintains it) and Oh, actually the beautician is away on leave for a month. Very strange and left a bad taste in my mouth. Basically the only way I could utilise my gift voucher was to book the couples spa treatment or forfeit the voucher as they would not split it into two visits. ”
