“Although this salon is cheap, the service is absolutely horrible in my opinion! The person who cut my hair hardly spoke any english, it took them 5 minutes to greet me (even though the shop was not busy) and another 15 to explain to them what I wanted done. My colour washed out and I am so disapointed with my cut. It’s worth paying extra just for better service and haircut.”

“I tried this salon for the first time a few weeks ago, as it was convenient location for me. When I rang to make an appointment for foils, colour and cut, the person on the phone didn’t understand what “1/2 head of foils” were, which made me bit nervous. On the day of appointment, it took a lot of talking and pointing to pictures to trying to get what I wanted across, and even then I didn’t get exactly what I wanted. (They spoke little English) Although it was cheap, salon was cluttered and service was not great(not even tea or coffee!!). I ended up going to another salon to get it fixed, and ended up costing me more. I won’t be going back there again.”
