It all started with a pink tutu…I wanted a cake smash tutu for my daughter’s first birthday but I couldn’t find one that was reasonably priced and poofy enough. But as with anything – if you want something done right you have to do it yourself. So I started making her a tutu myself. And then I made more and sold those… And from there it grew and grew and we extended our line and started outsourcing cute dresses for little girls that were very affordable. Then we noticed that mums with boys wanted cute boys clothes too… So we started our baby boys clothing line too which is very popular with for weddings and special occasions.  Talking about weddings we also started designing custom made flower girl dresses !

Everybody is crazy about Elsa and Anna so we then added our Frozen dresses inspired by the movie because we noticed  there were not many places on the Gold Coast that you could get these popular dresses for under $30! We even have the new Elsa Frozen Fever inspired Dresses and the Anna dresses too! They are absolutely gorgeous!

We also specialise in Capes – superhero capes and masks – very popular with the boys and girls as we have a few superheros for the girls too. But our most popular capes are our snowflake Elsa capes and our glitter capes – that are best worn with pyjamas just running around the house we are told by our expert parents!

General Care Instructions

Hand wash only, separately in cold water with a mild detergent and hang out to dry.

Tulle/Tutu Care Instructions

Hand wash only, separately in cold water with a mild detergent and hang out to dry in the shade. To bring your crushed tulle back to life, using a spray bottle set to mist. Spray your tulle and then run your fingers through the material.

Anna Coranation Dress

Hand wash the top of the dress in cold water and a mild detergent. The glitter pattern on the bottom of the dress is very fragile. Spot clean only gently with a wet sponge or cloth.

Dresses made with Satin

Satin is a very delicate material and outfits made with satin are not made to be worn as everyday clothing items. Satin outfits worn during rough and tumble play, jumping castles & trampolines, running around in parks, outside in the garden or house and other play environments where damage can occur while being worn. This damage will be considered fair wear and tear.

You can pickup your My Little Threads order from our Pimpama Home Store or Coomera (from July 2016) locations. Pickups are by appointment only. You can arrange this by emailing clothes@mylittlethreads.com.au with your order ID. Once an appointment has been made collection details will be provided.

8:30-6pm Monday – Friday
830-12noon Saturday
No pickups Sundays

10am-5pm Monday – Friday

Free return shipping provided by PayPal
To allow customers to shop with confidence. My Little Threads works with PayPal to offer you free return shipping for items that meet our returns criteria. To check your eligibility and activate your free return shipping service please follow the link below. The free return shipping service is run by PayPal and all claims for return shipping refunds are between the customer and PayPal as per the terms & conditions of the service. Afterpay Customers are not eligable for PayPal free return shipping.

Turnaround
All orders are usually shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Delays in shipping can occur from time to time, in these cases My Little Threads will contact any customers with affected orders.

Order Tracking
All products are shipped with a tracking # provided by the shipping carrier, we will provide a tracking number on request. In most cases you will receive notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your products, and your location. Before the order is finalised you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. The shipping rates and services offered to you during checkout are pulled from Australia Post directly. The services available and costs can change at the discretion of Australia Post and are out of the control of My Little Threads.

Standard Post with tracking number – 3-10 Business Days – Depending on location. WA, NT, TAS have longer shipping times.

Express Post Australia wide – Next Day in eligable regions  – Depending on location. WA, NT, TAS have longer shipping times.

Registered Post Australia wide – 3-4 Business days

Express International – 3-7 Business Days

Pack & Track International – 3-10 Business Days

You can request an alternative shipping method may result in a higher shipping cost added to your purchase. To do so, please contact us on clothes@mylittlethreads.com.au before placing your order. Postage times are estimates provided by Australia Post and can vary.  New Australia post policies can result in shipping taking much longer. Up to 2 weeks for standard postage.

Shipping of Pre Orders
Pre Orders will be held and shipped when the item becomes available. If an order contains both in stock and pre order items, the whole order will be held until the pre order items become available. Customers can arrange for the in stock items to be posted separately however extra postage will be charged for the preorder items.

Lost Orders
Once an item is posted the package becomes the responsibility of the Carrier and the Customer. Lost, stolen, missing packages will not be replaced if lost, stolen or missing in the care of Australia Post and the Customer. My Little Threads takes great care to ensure all packages are labeled correctly. Returned packages due to incorrect address details being provided will be reposted at the cost of the customer.

Orders Damaged During Transit/Delivery
My Little Threads takes great care to package up your purchase with quality and appropriate packaging. Once your package has been handed over to Australia Post for shipping, My Little Threads is no longer responsible for the goods and any items damaged as a result of Australia Post Handling, Transport or delivery environment is the responsibility of Australia Post and the customer.

Untracked Domestic Postage Option
For select smaller items, customers have the option to select untracked postage within Australia. Selecting this method of postage removes any responsibility of My Little Threads in the event a package is lost or damaged in transit.

You know those times when you need something NOW or want to grab a great deal but just don’t have the cash today? My Little Threads have teamed up with 2 amazing payment services. With AfterPay and ZipPay you can BUY now and PAY for it later, it’s like lay-buy but better as your order is shipped immediately!* And the good news, there’s no interest or added fees to pay!* You pay for your purchase in smaller installments. Payment will be automatically taken from your debit or credit card!

Important info you need to know!

Afterpay can be used to make purchases where the total of the order is up to $1000. A debit or credit card can be used for purchases under $500, over $500 must be on a credit card.

If you are a first time customer using Afterpay, the first installment needs to be paid at the time of purchase.

Existing Afterpay customers (i.e. more than 6 weeks since your first purchase with Afterpay) only need to have funds available on the card at time of checkout, however the first payment won’t be deducted for 14 days.

Payment will be automatically taken from your debit or credit card in four equal payments. Afterpay will send you reminders directly when payments will be deducted so there are no surprises.

*If you fail to make a payment you will be charged a late payment fee of $10 by Afterpay with a further $7 fee added 7 days later if the payment is still due.

No interest is charged.

Returns or exchanges of goods purchased with Afterpay are subject to our normal returns and refunds terms.

If you wish to exchange your goods and there is a price difference greater than the amount of the original purchase, this amount will need to be paid directly to My Little Threads. If a partial refund is due, this will be made as an adjustment to reduce remaining installment amounts. If a refund is required and no amounts have been deducted from your card, the payments will be cancelled with Afterpay. Otherwise, once we’ve processed your refund, the funds will be credited back on your card.

Returns Policy

HASSLE FREE RETURNS

We have recently updated our returns policy to be more simple and hassle free.
You may return items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we’ll also pay the return shipping costs at the standard rate. If express shipping is required the customer will pay the difference. If you have ordered the wrong size we can gladly exchange it for you, you may return your product with the exception of shipping costs. If the item is returned in as new condition with the tags, you should expect to receive your refund within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, simply email customer service at clothes@mylittlethreads.com.au . We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. Customers returning items without proof of purchase or without original tags will only be offered a store credit. Where a product is being returned due to an error from My Little Threads, the returns postage (where eligible) is to be claimed by the customer through the paypal free returns program.

Please choose your item carefully. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Purchases not completed through PayPal or Direct Bank Deposit will incur a 6% restocking fee.
