“I contact Nick one afternoon and he was able to come around to inspect the job immediately. I was impressed by his professionalism and ‘not a problem’ attitude. Nick provided a very reasonable quote (compared to 3 others) in a timely manner and was able to commence job in my required timeframe. Nick started and completed the job in the time initially quoted. I did have a hot water system issue in the middle of the job (late Friday night), however Nick raised the risk upfront (when finishing that day) and was available to help via phone to resolve. “My elderly Mum called Nick to help her with a ducted heating system at her home. While he was in the house Nick noticed an old space heater that Mum was also using in her living room. He suggested that he measure for carbon monoxide levels from this heater as it had not been serviced for many years. He found that the space heater was emitting carbon monoxide into the living room and alerted Mum of the danger to her health. As a follow up to replace the old heater I contacted Nick a couple of times and he assisted me with advice on a replacement gas heater. Nick was very generous with his time and freely provided advice and guided me to the best possible outcome, knowing that he may not be doing the installation work for us. I am grateful to Nick for looking after my Mum and for being diligent in measuring for carbon monoxide levels from her old heater which would have affected her health.
