“I booked a 9.15am appointment (rang the day before to confirm). The shop is meant to open at 9am and no one showed to open the shop until 9.45am…
When she arrived the owner was cold and did not apologise. I understand sometimes life happens and we run late but after talking to other shop owners in the shopping centre they informed me it happens everyday!
Apparently they are well known to keep customers who have bookings locked out until they decide to turn up.
Unfortunately I had a voucher to use at this salon but won’t be returning after I use it.”

“Overpriced. Overrated. Rude owner.
Got ripped off by the OWNER by $5. As customers going into a store to receive/purchase your services/products you should never ever abuse your title (owner) to be able to take advantage of your customers. Your customers are the ones who are keeping your store up and running, the ones who are paying for your bills/mortgage/food. Whether it was $2, $5 or 50c be loyal and honest to your customers and your customers will do the same to you and your business. Word of mouth goes a long way these days! So treat your customers right!”

“They were incredibly rude, the rushed everything and they were so rough! My nails uneven and lumpy, the lengths are all different and the shape is awful. The people were trying to do like 3 different people’s nails at once jumping from person to person. And theyre way overpriced! dont go there”
