“I have been having my nails done back in the UK for 2 years, acrylics and gel nails with no problems. After only just moving to Melbourne, I decided to try out Nail Safari only to be met with disappointment. The lady I had was very rough with the application and even cut me with the electric drill file making two of my nails beds bleed. After only 3 days after application, the nail varnish on the acrylic started to rub off (hinting it wasn’t applied correctly) and one nail even came off.

After leaving them for a week, I decided to go into the salon and complain, only to be met with conflict and pushing the blame back onto me. Eventually they agreed to fix the nail with no charge. I kept saying that the natural nail underneath was damaged because of the application, but was met with no reply or apology. I will not be returning.”
