“Went in for Acrylic Refills with Shellac polish, was told over the phone it would cost $35, their price list says $35 and she tried to charge me $45, on top of that she was very rude and quite pushy, took her less then 40 minutes to do a refill and paint which I found odd, now that the work is complete I can see why it was so quick, my nails are lumpy, different shapes and lengths and my polish is streaky and transparent. Overall a poor experience and crap quality”

“I have been going to this place for the past 6 years with no problems at all then today i get my eyebrows done by someone obviously with no experience or people skills, firstly picked the wax from my eyebrows then pulled the wax off in snail time, burning my eyebrows, only then for me to tell her they were uneven and her comment was ” i know” i left with burnt skin, im tears and very uneven eyebrows for my dinner tonight, not happy, usually have no problems but may have second thoughts on going back.”
