Reservation Policy
A 50% deposit secures your time with us. 48 hours notice is required for changes or cancellations or any reason, less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the deposit. We cannot accept messages left on days we are closed or public holidays.

Confirmations
We’ll send you a courtesy SMS with the day and time of your appointment 1-3 days prior. Reply with a ‘YES’ or phone us if you need to amend.

Changes on the Day
The reservation policy applies to any treatments you decide not to have on the day. Please give us notice if you wish to amend your booking to avoid charges.

Arrival
Please arrive a few minutes before your reserved time to relax with a refreshment.

Late Arrival
If you arrive late your appointment will still end at the scheduled time so as not to inconvenience the next guest waiting. Your treatment may need to be altered to fit. The treatment fee remains unchanged. If you arrive so late that your treatment cannot be completed the deposit is forfeited and another will be needed to schedule again.

Mobile Devices
Please power-off when you arrive out of respect for others who are relaxing.

Consultation/Consent
We will ask you to complete a relevant lifestyle questionnaire and more detailed health questions for cosmedical/skin treatments. For insurance reasons our team are not permitted to treat anyone declining to complete the consent form and the Reservation Policy will apply.

Series
Series are non-transferable and may only be used by the person who commenced the series. Unused treatments are non- refundable but may be pro-rata credited to use on another treatment of your choice. 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or that treatment is considered redeemed from your series credit.

Gift Voucher Conditions
Vouchers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. No extensions are available beyond expiry.

Children
Unfortunately spas aren’t safe places for children, with all the hot wax, needles and electrical equipment around. We don’t have childcare services available at reception, so it’s best to make your appointment on a child-free day. For new mama’s of babies under 1 year old, we offer specific baby-friendly appointment times, when we know we can care for your little one while you relax. Please ask us for the baby-friendly times, they change depending on the schedule. This way other guests aren’t interrupted while relaxing, and you get your much-deserved beauty appointment.

Age of Consent
Guests under the age of 16 may be asked for parental consent to treatment in the form of a note. We will decline to Brazilian Wax anyone under the age of 16 regardless of parental consent, except for professional dancers and athletes.
