All workshops held at National Salon Supplies are subject to the following terms and conditions.

National Salon Supplies only involvement is to provide the premises for conducting workshops.

All workshops held within National Salon Supplies are considered to be demonstrations and supervised hands on experience.

At no stage is a workshop considered to be a training session or a replacement for correct product training.

It is assumed that all attendees will have had the correct prerequisite experience to be able to correctly use the products in the workshop. There is no vetting of attendees for correct qualifications.

It is the responsibility of the attendee to ensure that they have the ability to use the products in the correct manner.

National Salon Supplies accepts no liability for any misuse of any product demonstrated and all attendees agree to absolve National Salon Supplies from any proceedings which may ensue from incorrect product use, application, technique or any other form of litigation arising that may be associated with any workshop held by National Salon Supplies.

National Salon Supplies is not an accredited training provider and in no way should it be implied that National Salon Supplies provides training for any person or group.

All attendees of workshops must understand and agree with the conditions above.

• No workshop place will be guaranteed without a payment at the time of booking
• Workshops/Courses may be cancelled if there are insufficient bookings
• Workshop/course fees that are redeemable against products purchased or specials are only valid on the day of the workshop
• Workshop/Course ‘no shows’ will not be entitled to a refund
