We believe this, because when we correct the dysfunctions, daily aches and pain disappear.

Reviews
“I have been attending Ryde Natural Health Clinic for a couple of months and am very happy with my decision to give them a go. They are so professional .Very caring and making a difference to my health well being. I find they go the extra mile”
“This was an advertisement that caught my eye one day while I was browsing my Facebook feed. It looked like a fantastic offer to me, you know, almost too good to be true! But! Because the clinic is just around the corner from me and also because Leah had such an engaging and genuine smile, I decided to give it a go. As I was suffering from Peripheral Oedema in both of my lower legs, I figured that massage was definitely the way to go. So go I did! Leah is just out and out lovely. Aside from being one of those people that radiates warmth naturally, she is a brilliant massage therapist as well. She is not the type that likes to find every tender spot and hammer at it until I can’t take any more. Leah’s preferred technique is to relax me completely and ever so gently coax the spasms out of my so-sore-sinews and muscles. Because of my particular condition, Leah took it on herself to study up on Peripheral Oedema and as a result, mine has now completely gone! All of my (many) doctors have marveled at my recovery from my oedema, because none of them could offer me any ‘medical’ solution for it. Diuretic drugs are worse for me than the oedema was, so none were offered or supplied. Without this advertisement and the wonderful, professional and kind Leah, I really don’t know what state I would be in today. Thank you Leah and thank you Ryde Natural Health Clinic.”
“great massage from Mike, staff were really welcoming . They were also open on a Sunday which was great , thanks”
“I have been receiving treatment from Lisa for some time now and her approach to massaging is amazing and a method that can suit even us heavy lifters. She has been the only therapist in Sydney, that has been able provide me with results on my injuries and strains over the past 2 years. If you are looking for someone who can get you back in touch with your body, i couldnt recommend anyone more highly than Lisa and the team at RNHC. Looking forward to the next session!”
“A wide range of services in one place – Osteopath, Physio, Pilates and Massage and much more.
Using a wide range of health care service from Ryde Natural Health Clinic I was able to go from a regularly injured middle aged half marathoner to someone who can graduated to 2 marathons a year.
I think the most important things that helps me maintain my health is the wide range of times available for bookings especially weekends.”
