Natural Remedial Therapeutics was founded in 2011 by Director Daniel Swainston who holds his Diploma of Remedial Massage from the Northern Sydney Institute of TAFE Meadowbank campus as well as being certified/educated by Robert Schleip PhD as a “Fascial Fitness” instructor. Daniel has massaged the Sydney Kings basketball team, assisting them in achieving optimum performance. He is also currently working alongside Chiropractors, Osteopaths, Naturopaths, Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Pilates instructors to holistically improve lifestyles in facilitating the body’s natural healing process.

Daniel believes that massage should be a part of every individual’s lifestyle in order to promote postural balance, healing and full flexibility. He facilitates the body’s natural healing process by removing blockages that form within muscles and surrounding tissues and also:

• Relaxes muscles and reduces tension, resulting in a feeling of well being
• Reduces stress levels
• Can alleviate depressive symptoms
• Assists in reducing adhesions (knots) in muscles and fascia
• Assists in relieving symptoms of fatigue by stimulating joint/blood flow and nerve stimulus
  Daniel enjoys playing his guitar, listening to music, going to the gym, scuba diving and meeting new people. The business places a high priority in providing professionalism, gratitude and quality service when treating a client.
