Yasmin – neoSKiN Managing Director

Ten years ago, and after travelling extensively overseas and seeing the technological developments and research being invested in new treatments, I returned home to start neoSKiN with the aim of delivering the latest advancements in cosmetic skin treatments to Australian women.

Having worked in the beauty industry for over 12 years, my focus is to deliver results across a range of skin problems by offering clients treatment plans that are a culmination of various results orientated therapies and products that change with your skin and its needs at the time.

One of my favourite neoSKiN Treatments is our neoOxygen facial, it combines the brightening vitamin effects of a vitamin C mask and nourishment and hydration from the Oxy-Mist spray.My favourite product is the Pevonia Collagen Cream, it is extremely nourishing and a great all round anti aging product.

I have been with the neoSKIN team for four years, starting as the receptionist I thrived in this role, which has led to my position as clinic manager at both neoSKiN Richmond, South Melbourne and Williamstown. I take pride in seeing the clinic grow with a delightful and varied clientele base and a team of talented and dedicated staff.

It is a privilege and pleasure to be part of a company that clearly cares about the partnership between staff and clients. All neoSKiN staff are encouraged to reach their full potential through regular training, product and technology updates and ongoing support that will enable us to get the best results for our clients.

While all of our products get great results, I can’t go past feeding it with Skinceuticals B5 Gel Masque a few times a week. It gives a much-needed “superboost” to my dehydrated skin.

“My NeoSkin Holiday/ beauty tip for the competition :
After being made hair free by NeoSkin laser treatment my favourite tip would have to be skincare !
Firstly sunblock ! With the highest SPF you can find, as I chose sunny destinations for my holidays – you don’t want that hairless skin looking aged with the sun!
I also cannot live without a face wash, I use Neutrogena and moisturise my skin every morning as well.
In sunny countries, when I repeat this routine it’s easy to opt for tinted moisturiser instead of foundation so your makeup doesn’t look melted or caked and by looking after your skin you don’t need that much coverage either!
It’s also important to invest in a good make up remover to keep your skin healthy at night.
Apart from hair removal and skin care , my favourite cosmetic trick is probably eye lash extensions/ eye lash extending serum- as eyelash extensions make your face look done without any actual product or damage to your skin and saves you heaps of time inside hotels doing makeup instead of being outside discovering!
Another tip to take care of your skin when travelling is to hydrate in unnecessary amounts ! Drink as much water as you can, in as many forms as possible. Tea also prevents your face from getting puffy travel skin !
Also when you travel on planes often I find my hair gets greasy. As dry shampoo is flammable and not allowed on planes, grab a bit of talcum/baby or my favourite -lavender powder in a small jar and brush/work it into your scalp the same way you would dry shampoo and it will have the same effect! ;)”

“not recommended at all. one of the lazier technicians is always very inpatient and rude. every time when she did the job for me ,she missed out on a fair few spots and every time I had to go back to them and ask for a touch up with another girl. I had 19 sessions with NeoSkin and sadly the results were terrible. Don’t get me wrong, the customer service is really good, but the overall quality of the job is crap.”
