“The director, also by the name Amy was atrociously rude over the telephone, with a lack of professionalism. She made irrelevant assumptions over my work, attempting to degrade their potential customer. She spoke over me and was not able to offer any of the deals as she had posted online. Upon asking whether she would be able to beat a deal online, she said aloud that she’d like her colleague to take over the call because she didn’t want to deal with me. Would not recommend this business at all. There are far better deals online without having to deal with rude agents.”
