Team
Janine – Senior Stylist / Technician / Salon Director
Janine is highly skilled with well over a decade of experience in cutting, colouring and styling. Having left the U.K. in 2009 for sunnier skies Down Under she hasn’t looked back. Throughout her career Janine has gained knowledge from the likes of Vidal Sassoon and Toni & Guy. Her professional attitude and enthusiasm has won her regional finalist awards in both the Wella U.K. Trend Vision and the L’Oréal Colour Trophy. Building rapport with clients is of key importance, ensuring they return again for styling with that personal touch
Mathew – Senior Stylist / Technician
The year was 2009 when Matthew joined the New Do Team. He has been a key player in the evolution of the salon, by assisting in its growth, as a safe and welcoming place that people want to be a part of. Sharing his technical knowledge and creative vision with juniors. His insight, empathy and personable nature extends to his clients, both long-term and new. Matthew has absorbed many skills from each and every creative force that New Do has been home to; developing his own set of skills and unique approach to hair. He has utilised his skills outside of the salon on video and editorial photo shoots working with amazing teams gaining knowledge and ideas.
Dean P. – Senior Stylist / Technician / Editorial Artist
With well over two decades in the Hair and Makeup industry. Dean recently returned from twelve years based in Milano. Traveling between Paris, USA and London. His unique eye and talents have seen him recognised and working with the major fashion houses of the world today. Gianfranco Ferre, ValentIno and Versace. His work has been featured in Vogue: Italian, USA and French. Iconic Vanity Fair, Ponystep and Harper’s Bazzar. His Celebrity clients appreciating his uncomplicated approach to hair and his “country style honesty”
Paul – Senior Stylist / Technician
Paul has been in the Hair and Beauty Industry for over 20 years, working in some of Sydney’s leading influential salons. His creative drive saw Paul relocate to Milan to focus his talents as a Hair and Makeup Artist for 7 and a half years. Working of editorials, advertising and various fashion week collaborations. Paul has a passion in cutting and styling with extensive experience in Bridal Hair and Makeup. Taking inspiration from fashion, art, travel and glamour. Paul makes it his goal to bring out everyones individual style and beauty.
Chantelle – Junior
Chantelle has had a love of hair and make up from an early age, so when it came to choosing a career path the hair and beauty industry was a natural progression. Drawing inspiration from many areas, in particular burlesque and grunge, Chantelle’s passions and interests are reflected in her ever changing image. Don’t be surprised if you don’t recognise Chantelle next time you are in the salon, there is no mistaking however her legendary basin skills and attention to detail. Quick to learn, Chantelle is a natural and flying through her apprenticeship.
