New Hair Clinic’s ability to deliver a thicker and natural looking head of transplanted hair can be attributed to our unique surgical techniques.

Performed and developed by our clinic’s specialist hair transplant doctor, Dr Sara Kotai (MBBS), our Optimum Density Technique (ODT) draws on new generation surgical techniques, extensive specialist professional training as well as ongoing research and development.

Having trained extensively under renowned pioneer of undetectable hair restoration, Dr Jennifer Martinick, Dr Kotai is highly proficient in ensuring donor hair is transplanted at the same angle, orientation and density of natural hair.

Our unique optimum density technique draws on this discipline of replicating the angle and orientation of natural hair while also ensuring each patient has optimum opportunities for a thicker head of hair.

The end result for our patients is transplanted hair that flows just as their natural hair does as well as enhanced density – a feature extremely important for avoiding the ‘see-through look’ sometimes associated with some transplants.

You may ask how the ODT achieves youthful density and natural flowing lines.

Superior instrumentation and surgical technique enable our physicians to transplant the donor follicles closer together than conventional surgery.

That much desired increased density is delivered by transplanting single grafts containing multiple follicles.

This typically results in grafts with one, two, three and four hair follicles being replanted through the mid scalp and crown.

A different approach is taken to achieve a more youthful and natural hairline whereby single hair follicles are meticulously replanted along the hairline.

DR SARA KOTAI (MBBS)

Ask Dr Sara Kotai (MBBS) about her professional drivers and she will tell you there’s no better feeling than witnessing the personal renewal experienced by her patients when their transplanted hair begins to grow.

Dr Kotai, who founded Australia’s first male-focused aesthetic medicine clinic, fast developed a reputation early in her career for providing treatments which regenerate her clients appearance in a natural way.

Joining New Hair Clinic in 2010, Dr Kotai has developed and refined new generation hair transplanttechniques, significantly enhancing the hair transplant clinic’s acclaimed pool of technical and surgical intellectual property.

Having trained extensively under renowned pioneer of undetectable hair restoration Dr Jennifer Martinick, Dr Kotai has built on the discipline of replicating the natural orientation of hair while ensuring each patient has optimum opportunities for youthful density.

Dr Kotai’s surgical technique, the Optimum Density Technique (ODT), draws on the best of the Martinick Transplant Technique™ while ensuring patients have optimum opportunities for thicker hair.

Regularly invited to speak at international hair restoration symposiums (San Francisco, Boston, Alaska and The Bahamas) and lead workshops, Dr Kotai is also published in international journals.

REHAN ALIKHAN – HAIR LOSS EDUCATOR

Beginning his professional life as a successful cricketer in the United Kingdom, Rehan Alikhan’s interest in hair restoration was awakened while observing the personal impact of hair loss on his fellow professionals.

His interest prompted extensive research about the information, advice and treatments available to people affected by hair loss.

Covering the hair loss industry in London, Dubai, Singapore, Pakistan and Australia, this research unearthed a maze of conflicting information.

Committed to providing men with factual information about proven hair loss treatments, Rehan began working in the industry in 1998.

Just two years later he established his first hair replacement clinic, Systems 2000, in Karachi.

Initially offering non-surgical hair replacement solutions to clients, Rehan went on to provide a first for Pakistan when his clinic offered surgical hair restoration with Martinick Hair Restoration’s Dr Jennifer Martinick.

In 2009 Rehan established Renaissance, an Australian hair consultancy service focusing on hair transplantation, utilising the renowned Martinick Transplant Technique, and clinically proven medications.

Fittingly named to reflect the personal renewal experienced after successful hair loss treatment, Renaissance has conducted over 5000 consultations since its inception.

An abundance of referrals from clients has seen the business grow to offer trusted consultation services in Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Dubai.

Rehan also consults to New Hair Clinic where clients can access the latest available in surgical hair restoration.

New Hair Clinic and Renaissance Dubai exclusively provide the latest in proven hair transplant surgery with the Optimum Density Technique (ODT).

Performed and developed by Dr Sara Kotai, ODT draws on new generation surgical techniques, extensive research and ongoing professional development to provide a natural, denser head of transplanted hair.

Outside his extensive consulting work, Rehan happily dedicates his time to being with his wife Janine and their three children.

Sport, in particular cricket, remains a big part of his life. Along with being an enthusiastic spectator, he has the ‘delightful role’ of coaching his daughter who plays representative cricket for Western Australia.

To benefit from Rehan’s extensive knowledge a no obligation consultation can be made by calling him on 1300 973 183 in Australia or Dubai +97 1509 483 002
