“Was told to come back in 10 minutes to have my nails painted but it was a half an hour wait and they are much more expensive than everyone else. To top it off, they dont finish one customer before starting the next. Definitely won’t see me back ever again.”

this is not just a bad place, it is a place full of dis-respective & very impolite staff & do not know what they do.
I went there at 9am , leaving my infant for my husband to baby sit. Until 12 they could not finish my shellac.
A new staff member started my pedicure while she was doing 4 others at the same time. The ratio was 1:4 which was shocking. Then the same lady was given to do my shellac manicure & she had to re-do it 3 times because the nail polish was failing & also she cut my finger & it was bleeding so I requested a different staff member . The second staff member was so rude, was not apologetic & was arguing with me. Then the owner took over to do it & then when I showed her my cut, she said it is just an accident. ( I obviously do not go there to get a shellac done 3 times & excuse them for cutting my finger !!! )
Now after 3 hours (9am-12pm) they are still doing it but could not get it right.. Then they blamed it on me saying I am not keeping my hands properly in the drying machine. It really shit me & finally I refused to pay for my manicure & said I will only pay for my pedicure. They did not accept this at all was so rude & loud to me. They said they will take my shellac off if I need it for free. Ridiculously disappointing !”
