“If you’re looking for a nail service which provides you with good looking nails and minimal service then this is the place for you. The staffs that work here will give you the look you want, at a low price, but you’ll be hard pressed getting a smile, a “how’s your day?” or pretty much any acknowledgment that you actually exist. Sometimes attitude can come across in body language much more clearly than in spoken words.”

“I went in to get two small suitcases …got them …went to the self serve …I do prefer to be served, but none open …and off course it tells me PLACE ARTICLE IN THE PACKING AREA …two suitcases will not fit …staff comes over and unzips the suitcase going thoroughly through it….feeling all the suitcase ..I am fine with that and I ask her for a bag to put them in ??..she tell me on the counter ??behind the counter …so I pay …walk three steps to the counter …i just need two bags …another woman behind the counter then takes the bag and unzips all zips feeling inside and going over them again …told her the other woman did this all I want is 2 bags to put them in …She shows me my receipt and I am told to go on line to complain …No I was in store so I complained ..OPEN YOUR CHECKOUTS …SO I DO NOT HAVE TO DO THIS…I need to add the manager was very nice …”

“The worst place to go to just got my eye brows done, they are uneven a big gape in the middle got wax in my hair!!!!!! The stuff are rude no hi no conversation they just speak there language forget about the customer service that’s out the window”
