“Recently booked a tour to Taiwan through Nexus and it seemed like a good deal. However, the tour guide became quite upset and disgruntled with our tour group because we weren’t buying what he considered to be a “decent amount” of products from the various stores with which the tour company has a commission structure. When questioned about his attitude we were told that because the price of the tour was so cheap we should be spending more purchasing things we didn’t want nor need. The guide’s attitude ruined what would otherwise have been a good trip.
If Nexus can’t afford to keep the tour prices as low as they do without relying on these commissions, then you shouldn’t offer the tours at these prices. I’d much rather pay more upfront and know exactly what I’ll be getting.”

“Just came back from 8 day China tour. I cannot express how fabulous the tour was. Everything was so well organised. We couldnt of got better tour guides (george and king). They went over and beyond to make our holiday a very enjoyable one. The motels were better than anything i have ever stayed in. Yes they were long days but worth it as you got to see so much. Never book wiz Nexus Holiday, Must be the worst choice ever. What they did is just obviously different from what they said. 2nd day in Fiji was just waste whole day. We went to Tivua island with nothing to do except snorkelling & diving. However, it is said on itinerary” After lunch, you can go skydiving, ride a banana boat and go waterskiing…..”.
When we contact the travel agency, there is none of the island in Fiji include those three activities. They also said that we can ask for the private yacht back to main island, which not mentioned on the formal itinerary. They keep making excuses & ignore problems we put forward.
The agent replied email over 24hrs wiz negative attitude as well. First, they never answered the question you asked about. Second, they keep talking that they reserve the final interpretation right. Thirdly, strongly misleading the customers.
This bad organised company earn evil & inequitable money, but won’t serve as they charged. What a poor travel agency!”
